This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Tilt Puzzle (Android package com.tatbeky.tilt), published by Tatbeky (Badr Aldin Almasri). It explains what information the app, our service providers, and our advertising partner access, collect, use, and share.

1. Who we are / من نحن
Tilt Puzzle is a single-player gravity puzzle. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and no chat. We never ask for your name, email address, photos, contacts, or precise location.

2. Information stored on your device / البيانات على جهازك
On your device, the app stores:
- Level progress, so you can continue where you left off
- Which new-block introduction cards you have already seen
- Whether you bought Remove ads (the app re-checks this with Google Play every time it starts)
This stays on the device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob) / الإعلانات
Tilt Puzzle is free and shows ads through Google AdMob:
- A banner at the bottom of the screen
- A video ad after you clear a board
- An optional rewarded video for two extra moves, only if you choose to watch it
Google and its advertising partners collect and process data to serve, measure, and (where allowed) personalize ads. This includes:
- Advertising ID and app set ID (on iOS, the Identifier for Advertisers only if you allow tracking)
- IP address and the approximate location derived from it
- Device and app information (device type, OS version, app version, language)
- Ad interactions such as impressions, taps, video views, and whether a rewarded video was completed
- Diagnostic information about app and ad performance, used to detect invalid traffic and improve ad serving
In regions that require it (including the EEA, UK, and Switzerland), the app shows Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent form before requesting personalized ads. In those regions you can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the ad privacy link on the app’s home screen. You can also change ad personalization in device settings:
- Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Reset or delete your advertising ID
- iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking, and Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising
If you buy Remove ads, the banner and the video after each board stop. The optional rewarded video for extra moves stays available.

يعرض التطبيق إعلانات عبر Google AdMob: شريط سفلي، وفيديو بعد إنهاء كل مرحلة، وفيديو اختياري بمكافأة حركتين إضافيتين. يجمع Google وشركاؤه معرّف الإعلان، وعنوان IP والموقع التقريبي المستنتج منه، ومعلومات الجهاز والتطبيق، وتفاعلات الإعلانات، وبيانات تشخيصية. في المناطق التي تتطلب الموافقة تظهر استمارة Google قبل الإعلانات المخصصة، ويمكنك تغيير اختيارك من رابط «ad privacy» في الشاشة الرئيسية.
4. Analytics and crash reports (Google Firebase) / التحليلات وتقارير الأعطال
The app uses Google Analytics for Firebase and Firebase Crashlytics. They help us see where players get stuck and fix crashes. They collect:
- Gameplay events: which board you start, how it ended (cleared, out of moves, broken, restarted, or quit), moves left, attempt number, the furthest board reached, finishing the first two boards, new-block cards viewed, extra-move videos, and views and results of the Remove ads screen
- Screens viewed and session information
- An app-instance ID created by Firebase, and the advertising ID
- Approximate location (country or region), derived by Google from a masked IP address
- Device and app information (device model, OS version, app version, language)
- If the app crashes: the error and stack trace, device state at the time of the crash, the board and chapter you were playing, and a Crashlytics installation ID
Google processes this data for us as a service provider. We do not use it to identify you. If we advertise Tilt Puzzle through Google Ads, we use Analytics to measure which ads led to installs and to early milestones such as finishing the first boards.
يستخدم التطبيق Google Analytics for Firebase وFirebase Crashlytics لمعرفة أين يتوقف اللاعبون ولإصلاح الأعطال. تُجمع أحداث اللعب (المرحلة التي تبدأها وكيف انتهت والحركات المتبقية ورقم المحاولة وأبعد مرحلة وصلت إليها)، والشاشات التي تشاهدها، ومعرّف نسخة التطبيق ومعرّف الإعلان، وموقع تقريبي (الدولة أو المنطقة) من عنوان IP مُقنّع، ومعلومات الجهاز والتطبيق، وتفاصيل العطل عند حدوثه. تعالج Google هذه البيانات نيابةً عنا كمزوّد خدمة، ولا نستخدمها للتعرّف عليك. إذا أعلنّا عن اللعبة عبر Google Ads فنستخدم التحليلات لقياس الإعلانات التي أدت إلى التثبيت وإلى إنهاء المراحل الأولى.
5. Purchases and app integrity / المشتريات وسلامة التطبيق
Remove ads is a one-time purchase handled entirely by Google Play. We never see your card or payment details.
To confirm a purchase is genuine, the app sends Google Play’s purchase token to our server (a Google Cloud Function). The server asks Google Play whether the purchase is valid and records the result and the Google Play order ID in its logs, to prevent fraud. The server also receives your IP address as part of the request.
The app uses Firebase App Check with Google Play Integrity. It lets our server confirm that requests come from the genuine, unmodified app, and it sends device and app information (such as OS version, device model, and SDK versions) to Firebase.
إزالة الإعلانات عملية شراء لمرة واحدة تتم بالكامل عبر Google Play، ولا نرى بيانات بطاقتك أو الدفع. للتأكد من صحة الشراء يرسل التطبيق رمز الشراء إلى خادمنا (Google Cloud Function)، فيسأل الخادم Google Play عن صحته ويسجّل النتيجة ورقم الطلب لمنع الاحتيال، ويستلم الخادم عنوان IP كجزء من الطلب. يستخدم التطبيق Firebase App Check مع Google Play Integrity للتأكد من أن الطلبات صادرة عن التطبيق الأصلي غير المعدّل، ويرسل معلومات عن الجهاز والتطبيق إلى Firebase.
6. Permissions / الأذونات
- Internet: required to load ads, send analytics and crash reports, and verify purchases
- Advertising ID: used by Google to serve and measure ads, and by Analytics
- App tracking (iOS): the system prompt asks whether you allow tracking for personalized ads. Refusing still lets the game work; ads may be less relevant
The app does not request contacts, camera, microphone, access to your files, SMS, or precise GPS.
يحتاج التطبيق إلى الإنترنت لعرض الإعلانات وإرسال التحليلات وتقارير الأعطال والتحقق من المشتريات، وإلى معرّف الإعلان للإعلانات والتحليلات. لا يطلب جهات الاتصال أو الكاميرا أو الميكروفون أو ملفاتك أو الرسائل أو الموقع الدقيق.
7. How data is used / كيف تُستخدم البيانات
- To run the game and remember your progress on the device
- To show ads and, where you consent, to personalize them
- To understand how the game is played and where it is too hard or too easy
- To find and fix crashes
- To verify purchases and protect our server and ads from fraud and abuse
- To measure our own advertising for Tilt Puzzle
Tatbeky does not sell your personal information. We do not use the game to build a marketing list.
تُستخدم البيانات لتشغيل اللعبة وحفظ التقدّم، وعرض الإعلانات وتخصيصها عند موافقتك، وفهم طريقة اللعب وصعوبة المراحل، وإصلاح الأعطال، والتحقق من المشتريات وحماية الخادم والإعلانات من الاحتيال، وقياس إعلاناتنا عن اللعبة. لا تبيع Tatbeky معلوماتك الشخصية.
8. Sharing / المشاركة
The app shares advertising and device data with Google (AdMob and Google advertising services) and with other ad partners that Google may use to fill an ad request. Those parties process data under their own policies.
Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, App Check) and Google Cloud (our purchase-verification server) process data on our behalf as service providers. Google Play processes payments.
We do not share data with other third parties for their independent marketing. We may disclose information if required by law.
يُشارك التطبيق بيانات الإعلان والجهاز مع Google (AdMob) ومع شركاء قد تستخدمهم Google لتعبئة طلب الإعلان. تعالج Google Firebase وGoogle Cloud البيانات نيابةً عنا كمزوّدي خدمة، وتعالج Google Play المدفوعات. لا نشارك البيانات لأغراض تسويق مستقلة لدى أطراف أخرى، وقد نكشف معلومات إذا طلب القانون ذلك.
9. Retention and deletion / الاحتفاظ والحذف
- Game progress stays on your device until you clear the app data or uninstall Tilt Puzzle.
- Analytics event data is kept for the retention period set in our Google Analytics account, at most 14 months.
- Crash reports are kept by Crashlytics for 90 days.
- Purchase-verification logs are kept for 30 days.
- Advertising data is retained by Google according to Google’s Privacy Policy.
There is no account, and we cannot tell which analytics or crash records belong to you. Uninstalling the app resets its app-instance ID, and you can reset or delete your advertising ID in device settings. To ask a question about this policy, email the address in section 1.
يبقى تقدّم اللعبة على جهازك حتى تمسح بيانات التطبيق أو تزيله. تُحفظ بيانات التحليلات مدةً أقصاها 14 شهراً، وتقارير الأعطال 90 يوماً، وسجلات التحقق من المشتريات 30 يوماً، وبيانات الإعلانات وفق سياسة خصوصية Google. لا يوجد حساب، ولا يمكننا معرفة أي سجلات تخصك. إزالة التطبيق تعيد ضبط معرّف نسخة التطبيق، ويمكنك إعادة ضبط معرّف الإعلان أو حذفه من إعدادات الجهاز.
10. Children / الأطفال
Tilt Puzzle is made for a general adult audience. It is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through this app, contact us and we will work with Google as needed.
اللعبة مصمّمة لجمهور عام من البالغين وليست موجّهة للأطفال دون 13 عاماً (أو السن المعادل في بلدك). لا نجمع عن علم معلومات شخصية من الأطفال.
11. International processing / المعالجة الدولية
Google may process advertising, analytics, and crash data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Use of the app means that data may be transferred to those locations under Google’s terms and applicable law.
قد تعالج Google بيانات الإعلانات والتحليلات والأعطال على خوادم خارج بلدك، بما في ذلك الولايات المتحدة.
12. Changes / التغييرات
If this Privacy Policy changes, we will update this page and the effective date above. Continued use of Tilt Puzzle after an update means you accept the revised policy.
