These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the mobile game Dart Rush (Android package com.tatbeky.dartrush, the “App”), published by Tatbeky (Badr Aldin Almasri) (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing or playing the App you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
تحكم هذه الشروط والأحكام استخدامك للعبة Dart Rush («التطبيق») الصادرة عن Tatbeky (Badr Aldin Almasri). بتنزيل التطبيق أو تثبيته أو اللعب به فإنك توافق على هذه الشروط، وإن لم توافق فلا تستخدم التطبيق.
1. Eligibility / الأهلية
The App is intended for players aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the permission of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.
التطبيق مخصّص للاعبين بعمر 13 عاماً فأكثر. إذا كنت دون سن الرشد في بلدك فلا يجوز لك استخدامه إلا بإذن أحد الوالدين أو الوصي القانوني الذي يقبل هذه الشروط نيابةً عنك.
2. Licence / الترخيص
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms and the Google Play Terms of Service.
نمنحك ترخيصاً شخصياً ومحدوداً وغير حصري وغير قابل للتحويل وقابلاً للإلغاء لتنزيل التطبيق واستخدامه على أجهزتك للترفيه الشخصي غير التجاري، وفقاً لهذه الشروط وشروط خدمة Google Play.
3. Acceptable use / الاستخدام المقبول
You agree not to:
- Copy, modify, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works of the App, except where the law expressly allows it
- Redistribute, sell, rent or publish the App or its content outside Google Play
- Use cheats, bots, modified versions or automation to interfere with the App, its ads or its analytics, or generate fake ad views or clicks
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
توافق على عدم نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو فكّ ترميزه أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة منه إلا بما يسمح به القانون صراحةً، وعدم إعادة توزيعه أو بيعه أو نشره خارج Google Play، وعدم استخدام الغش أو البرامج الآلية أو النسخ المعدّلة، وعدم استخدامه لأي غرض غير قانوني.
4. Intellectual property / الملكية الفكرية
The App, including its code, artwork, sounds, levels, name and logo, is owned by Tatbeky or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms do not transfer any ownership to you. The open-source software included in the App (such as three.js and Capacitor) is used under its own licence.
التطبيق بما فيه الشيفرة والرسوم والأصوات والمراحل والاسم والشعار مملوك لـ Tatbeky أو للجهات المرخِّصة لها ومحمي بقوانين حقوق النشر وغيرها، ولا تنقل هذه الشروط إليك أي ملكية. تُستخدم البرمجيات مفتوحة المصدر المضمّنة (مثل three.js وCapacitor) وفق تراخيصها الخاصة.
5. Price, ads and rewards / السعر والإعلانات والمكافآت
The App is free to download and play. It is supported by ads provided by Unity LevelPlay: a full-screen ad between some levels, and optional reward videos you may choose to watch for an in-game bonus (such as Super Aim or an extra dart). Rewards have no monetary value, are granted only after a completed video, and depend on an ad being available. No Ads is an optional one-time in-app purchase (US$4.99 or the local price shown by Google Play) that removes all ads and gives those bonuses without a video. It is sold and billed by Google Play under the Google Play Terms of Service; refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy. It is linked to your Google account and can be restored on another device signed in to the same account. Ads are provided by third parties; we are not responsible for their content or for products or sites they link to. Our Privacy Policy explains the data used for ads and your choices.
التطبيق مجاني للتنزيل واللعب، وتدعمه إعلانات من Unity LevelPlay: إعلان بملء الشاشة بين بعض المراحل، وفيديوهات اختيارية مقابل مكافأة داخل اللعبة (مثل Super Aim أو سهم إضافي). المكافآت ليس لها قيمة مالية، وتُمنح فقط بعد إكمال الفيديو، وتعتمد على توفر إعلان. «No Ads» شراء اختياري لمرة واحدة داخل التطبيق (4.99 دولار أمريكي أو السعر المحلي الذي تعرضه Google Play) يزيل جميع الإعلانات ويمنح تلك المكافآت دون فيديو، وتبيعه Google Play وتحصّل قيمته وفق شروط خدمة Google Play، ويخضع الاسترداد لسياسة Google Play، ويرتبط بحساب Google ويمكن استعادته على جهاز آخر بالحساب نفسه. الإعلانات مقدّمة من أطراف ثالثة ولسنا مسؤولين عن محتواها أو عن المنتجات والمواقع التي تربط إليها. توضح سياسة الخصوصية البيانات المستخدمة للإعلانات وخياراتك.
6. Privacy / الخصوصية
Our Privacy Policy explains the analytics and advertising data the App uses and your choices. It forms part of these Terms.
توضح سياسة الخصوصية بيانات التحليلات والإعلانات التي يستخدمها التطبيق وخياراتك، وهي جزء من هذه الشروط.
7. Your progress / تقدّمك في اللعبة
Your progress is saved only on your device. It is not backed up by us and may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear its data or change devices. Stars, scores and levels have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.
يُحفظ تقدّمك على جهازك فقط، ولا نحتفظ بنسخة احتياطية منه، وقد يضيع عند إزالة التطبيق أو مسح بياناته أو تغيير الجهاز. النجوم والنقاط والمراحل ليس لها قيمة مالية ولا يمكن استبدالها أو نقلها.
8. Updates and availability / التحديثات والإتاحة
We may update, change or stop offering the App, or any part of it, at any time without notice. Some updates may be required to keep playing. We do not guarantee that the App will be available on every device or in every country.
يجوز لنا تحديث التطبيق أو تغييره أو إيقافه كلياً أو جزئياً في أي وقت دون إشعار، وقد يلزم تثبيت بعض التحديثات لمواصلة اللعب. لا نضمن توفّر التطبيق على كل جهاز أو في كل بلد.
9. Health and safety / الصحة والسلامة
Take regular breaks while playing. Stop playing if you feel discomfort, dizziness or eye strain. Do not play while driving or in any situation where your attention is needed elsewhere.
خذ فترات راحة منتظمة أثناء اللعب، وتوقف إذا شعرت بانزعاج أو دوار أو إجهاد في العينين. لا تلعب أثناء القيادة أو في أي موقف يتطلب انتباهك.
10. Disclaimer / إخلاء المسؤولية
The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted or compatible with your device.
يُقدَّم التطبيق «كما هو» و«حسب توفّره» دون أي ضمانات بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون، ولا نضمن خلوّه من الأخطاء أو استمراريته أو توافقه مع جهازك.
11. Limitation of liability / حدود المسؤولية
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tatbeky is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or progress, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Because the App is free, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the App (zero). Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
بأقصى حدّ يسمح به القانون، لا تتحمّل Tatbeky المسؤولية عن أي أضرار غير مباشرة أو عرضية أو تبعية، أو عن فقدان البيانات أو التقدّم، الناتجة عن استخدامك للتطبيق أو عدم قدرتك على استخدامه. ولأن التطبيق مجاني، فإن مسؤوليتنا الإجمالية تقتصر على المبلغ الذي دفعته (صفر). لا يحدّ شيء في هذه الشروط من مسؤولية لا يجوز تقييدها قانوناً.
12. Termination / الإنهاء
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. Your licence ends automatically if you break these Terms.
يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت بإزالته، وينتهي ترخيصك تلقائياً إذا خالفت هذه الشروط.
13. Governing law / القانون الواجب التطبيق
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Dubai, unless the consumer-protection law of your country of residence gives you the right to bring a claim locally.
تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة كما تُطبّق في إمارة دبي، وتختص محاكم دبي بالنظر في أي نزاع، ما لم يمنحك قانون حماية المستهلك في بلد إقامتك حق رفع الدعوى محلياً.
14. Changes / التغييرات
We may update these Terms. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
يجوز لنا تحديث هذه الشروط وسننشر النسخة الجديدة في هذه الصفحة مع تاريخ سريان جديد. استمرار استخدامك للتطبيق بعد التحديث يعني قبولك للشروط المعدّلة.
